A WhatsApp astrology reading lets you ask about your chart from your phone, without setting aside time for a video call. In the UK, Karmic Keran offers personal Vedic readings over WhatsApp as well as Google Meet and written replies. For a single focused question, the Ask Me a Question service is usually the simplest way to begin.

Why choose a WhatsApp astrology reading in the UK?

Not everyone can, or wants to, sit in front of a camera for half an hour. A reading arranged over WhatsApp fits around shift work, school runs and busy households where a private video call is hard to find room for. It also suits people who think better in writing. You can phrase your question carefully, add the context that matters, and return to the reply when you feel settled rather than reacting in the moment.

The practice behind it is the same. Your chart is drawn up from your birth details and read through Vedic astrology, and the guidance is personal to you. Only the channel changes, not the care. And if your family already keeps in touch with relatives abroad over WhatsApp, it may simply feel like the natural place for a conversation about your chart.

To start, send us your question through the enquiry form and mention that you'd prefer WhatsApp.

What to send in your first message

Date of birth: day, month and year.
Time of birth: as exact as you can, and say if it's approximate.
Place of birth: town and country, not where you live now.
Your question: one clear sentence.
Context: two or three lines on what's prompting it.

Shaping a question that suits a message

Questions about direction and timing work well in a written exchange. "I'm weighing a move from Leicester to London for work. How does this period in my chart look for change?" gives the reading something to examine. Questions that demand certainty, such as "Will he come back?", are better reframed towards what you can understand or do. Our guide to the one question astrology reading has more examples of turning a broad worry into a clear question.

Messages, calls or a written reply

One focused question

Ask Me a Question answers one personal question with a written insight aligned with your horoscope. It is a natural fit for anyone who started their enquiry by message and would rather keep it that way.

A conversation

If you'd rather talk, the 30-minute General Reading gives general guidance or looks at a personal issue or professional decision, with room for follow-up questions as they come up. WhatsApp is one of the ways a session can be held.

When a longer session is worth it

Several connected questions, say a career change, a relationship and a possible move all at once, usually deserve the 60-minute In-Depth Reading rather than a string of separate messages. One continuous look at the chart joins up themes that piecemeal answers can miss.

Our overview of online consultation formats compares Google Meet, WhatsApp and written readings side by side.

Privacy and good practice on WhatsApp

Keep it one-to-one. Don't bring a reading into a family group chat. Your birth details and your question deserve privacy.
Know what's protected. WhatsApp messages and calls are end-to-end encrypted, but screenshots and backups are only as private as your phone and cloud settings.
Take care with other people's details. If your question involves a partner or relative, consider whether they'd be comfortable with their birth details being shared. When two charts are genuinely involved, a Compatibility Reading is the right route.
Save what matters. Star the reply or keep a copy somewhere safe so it doesn't vanish when you change phones.

What a good reading by message should and shouldn't do

A good reading names the placements behind its guidance, for example "your 10th lord is running its own period", rather than offering a vague "career looks good". It explains what that placement traditionally signifies, suggests how you might work with it, and leaves the decision with you.

It shouldn't promise outcomes, make predictions about health or money, pressure you into further sessions, or push remedies with a sense of urgency. If a message ever leaves you more frightened than clear, that's a sign the reading has gone wrong, not your chart. Astrology at its most useful helps you reflect on timing and patterns; it doesn't replace your own judgement or professional advice.

What happens after you get in touch

Once your enquiry arrives, we reply to confirm which service fits your question and whether it will be answered in writing or held as a call. If anything is missing, such as the town of birth or whether the time is exact, you'll be asked for it at this stage, so nothing is guessed. Your chart is then prepared from your birth details before the reading itself.

If you've chosen a written answer, it arrives as a considered reply to your question rather than a quick back-and-forth. If you've chosen a call, you'll agree a time that suits you and can have your questions jotted down ready. Either way, it's worth keeping your original message and the reply together, so you can see later what you asked and how the guidance landed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have a WhatsApp astrology reading from anywhere in the UK?

Yes. Readings are online, so it makes no difference whether you're in Glasgow, Birmingham or Brighton, or travelling for work.

Is a reading by message less detailed than a video call?

Not necessarily. The detail depends far more on your birth data and how clearly the question is framed than on the channel. If you want to explore several threads at once, a live call, or the 60-minute In-Depth Reading, gives more room.

What if I don't know my birth time?

Say so in your first message. A good deal can still be read from the Moon sign and the dasha sequence, and the reply will be framed with that in mind.

Can WhatsApp be used for a question about two people?

A question about a partner works best as a Compatibility Reading, which compares both charts. It can be arranged online in the same way, with both sets of birth details.

When you're ready, tell us your question along with your birth date, time and place, and note that you'd like to use WhatsApp. We'll reply to confirm the right service and how your reading will be delivered.
