Job offer astrology can help when you are holding two offers, or an offer and a counter-offer, and cannot decide between them. A reading compares each option with the strengths and timing themes in your Vedic birth chart, so you can see which role fits the chapter you are in. The final choice, and the practical checks, stay with you.

If the deadline is close, the quickest route is to send your question through the enquiry form with a short summary of each offer.

When job offer astrology is most helpful

Comparing offers on paper is usually straightforward: location, hours, responsibilities, team, prospects. The difficulty starts when the lists come out roughly even, or when your head prefers one option and your instinct prefers the other. That is where astrology can help, not to replace the comparison but to add a different kind of reflection.

Typical situations include:

Two offers in the same field, one at a large organisation and one at a small, growing team.
A new role elsewhere versus a counter-offer from your current employer.
A permanent role versus a fixed-term contract with more interesting work.
An offer in another UK city, or abroad, that would mean moving home.

If you only have a single offer and are wondering whether to move at all, our article on job change astrology covers that question in more detail.

How a reading compares two offers

The reading does not cast a separate chart for each company. Instead, it holds each offer up against your own birth chart and asks which setting is a better match for what the chart emphasises right now.

Matching the role to your strengths

The 10th house, its ruler and the planets influencing it describe the kind of contribution you want to make. If your chart leans strongly towards independent, creative work, a tightly structured corporate role may feel limiting even if it looks secure. If it leans towards structure and steady progress, a fast-changing start-up may feel draining.

Looking at the working environment

The 6th house speaks to daily routine, colleagues and service. It often reveals whether you thrive in a busy, collaborative environment or work best with quieter focus. That can be decisive when two roles are similar on paper but very different in atmosphere.

Considering your current dasha

Your current planetary period adds context. A period emphasising learning and expansion may favour the role with more growth and new skills; a period emphasising consolidation may favour the role that lets you build on what you already do well.

A note on timing claims

A reading talks about themes and emphasis, never about fixed results. It cannot say which company will treat you better or how either role will turn out. It can help you understand why one option resonates and what to watch for in each.

Practical checks to do alongside the reading

Astrology works best as one input among several. Before you accept, it is still worth:

Asking each employer about a typical week, team structure and how success is measured.
Speaking to someone who works, or has worked, in each team, if you can.
Checking contract details, notice periods and flexibility with care.
Writing down what you would regret about turning each offer down.

Bringing the answers into your reading gives the conversation concrete detail and makes the astrological insight easier to apply. It also stops the session drifting into abstract talk, because each chart theme can be checked against something you actually heard from the employer.

Listening to your own reaction

One simple exercise that can be revealing is to imagine you have already accepted one offer and notice how you feel for a day, then do the same with the other. Relief, disappointment or quiet excitement can tell you a great deal. In the reading, those reactions can be explored alongside your chart, which often shows why one option sits more comfortably with your temperament than the other.

Which service suits a job offer decision

Offer decisions often come with a deadline, so the format matters. The Ask Me a Question service gives a written insight into one personal question, aligned with your horoscope, which works well for a clear either-or choice. If you would like a live conversation, the 30-minute General Reading is designed for guidance on a professional decision and can be held on Google Meet or WhatsApp.

If the choice has opened up larger questions about where your career is heading, a longer session may be more useful than a quick answer. The 60-minute In-Depth Reading gives room to look at career direction, personal growth and timing together.

Phrasing your question clearly

Clear questions get clearer answers. Rather than "which offer is better?", try something like "Offer A is a team lead role at a large firm in Leeds; Offer B is a specialist role at a small consultancy, remote. Which suits my strengths and this period of my life?"

What to send when you enquire

To prepare, you will be asked for your date, time and place of birth. Along with that, include:

A two-line summary of each offer: role, type of organisation, location or remote.
Your decision deadline, if you have one.
What attracts you to each option and what worries you.

Keep personal details about the employers to a minimum; the reading only needs enough to understand the nature of each role.

Frequently asked questions

Can job offer astrology tell me which offer to accept?

It can show which option better fits the strengths and timing themes in your chart, which can make the choice clearer. The decision itself remains yours, informed by practical checks as well.

Do I need the employers' details or founding dates?

No. The reading works from your own birth chart and a simple description of each role.

What if I have to decide within a few days?

Mention your deadline when you enquire. A written answer through the Ask Me a Question service is often the most practical format when time is short.

Can I ask about a counter-offer from my current employer?

Yes. Staying and leaving can be compared in the same way, looking at which path fits the period you are moving through.

If you are weighing two offers now, send your question through the enquiry form with your birth details and a brief summary of each, or book Ask Me a Question for a focused written answer.
